Aims of the Client Feedback Group

The aims of the Client Feedback Group are to gain feedback from people who have accessed our service to help us to:

• Improve our current services.
• Shape future services.

How much time will it take?

As a member of the Client Feedback Group, we would like to contact you approximately 4 times a year and invite you to join a Focus Group that looks at specific areas of the service such as:

• Support Groups
• Improving services for male clients
• Policies and Procedures

How will it work?

When you receive an invitation to join a Focus Group you are free to decide whether or not you would like to contribute to that particular topic or not.

You can choose to opt in or opt out. If you opt in, we will contact you and ask for your feedback in a variety of ways such as emailing a questionnaire, inviting you to a TEAMS Meeting, inviting you to a face-to-face group so that you have a choice about how you wish to respond. If you opt out, we will not contact you again regarding that particular topic but will keep your name on the database for future Client Feedback.

Can I opt out completely?

Absolutely! We will give you the facility of opting out of all future texts regarding Client Feedback Groups and will remove your details from the Client Feedback database. Alternatively, you can email us and opt out completely at feedback@axiscounselling.org.uk.

Who is eligible to join Axis Counselling Client Feedback Groups?

You must be aged 18+; not have a current police investigation or court case ongoing; and not currently be having counselling/ therapy with us. You can be having ISVA support.

Your feedback means a lot to us and helps us to ensure that we are delivering the services you want, rather than what we think you want!
