A free programme of 6 weekly wellbeing recovery workshops
For clients who are currently accessing our counselling service or are waiting to start counselling with us.
- 6 free weekly workshops of “you time” focused on your wellbeing with supportive, safely structured activities shared by sensitive, sexual trauma informed facilitators in a confidential and relaxed space
- A different activity each week based on a theme of wellbeing recovery
- Will support you in your counselling journey with us whether awaiting counselling or already receiving counselling and in your everyday life
- Offers a choice of creative self-care activities such as art (doodling, colouring etc), crafts, journaling, nature, mindfulness to help relieve stress and sleep better
- Small group (no more than 10)
- Run by our friendly, experienced and engaging Group Coordinator Elaine and Group Facilitator Hannah
- A very warm welcome awaits you!
The dates for the programme of workshops is set out below. They will run from 10am until 1pm each of the following Fridays at Oakengates in Telford. Details of venue will be supplied at a later date but will include free parking and easy bus/train routes.
2025 Dates – Friday 10th January 2025 – Friday 17th January 2025 – Friday 24th January 2025 – Friday 31st January 2025 – Friday 7th February 2025 – Friday 14th February 2025
There are limited spaces for this set of workshops so please do think carefully about whether you have the time to commit to all 6 consecutive Fridays – please also note that attending these workshops will not affect your ability to access therapy nor will it delay an offer of an appointment.
