Who We Help

Axis helps women, men and children over the age of 11 who live in Shropshire/Telford & Wrekin who have suffered the trauma of sexual abuse in childhood, or rape and sexual assault. We also see family members and partners of victims who have suffered sexual trauma.

We operate an equal opportunities and diversity policy.

Axis work to support people who have experienced any form of sexual violence.

In order to protect our clients it is vital that support for victims is offered in a safe environment.

For this reason, Axis reserve the right to refuse service to any client, should we feel that the safety of other service users may be compromised. For the safety of all concerned, Axis are not obliged to provide a reason for a refusal of services. Where appropriate we will signpost anyone who falls under this category, on to other services who may be able to support them.
