Level 2 Mentoring Skill

The level 2 mentoring skills is a qualification that is certificated by Aim Qualification and is fully funded for our past and present client, that feel that they may be ready, or want to support others.  The sessions will be delivered once a week for 8 weeks, either face to face or over Teams.

Candidates will be required to progress independently between our weekly sessions; however, there will be availability for one-to-one coaching sessions for additional support and guidance.

A mentor is a positive role model who supports their mentee by giving guidance or professional advice, sharing resources, and who cares about their mentees’ success/development.  The key aim of a mentor is to empower your mentee by inspiring them to develop the skills and strategies necessary to successfully achieve their goals

Some of the many ways in which a mentor can support their mentee is through offering a supportive and collaborative environment where the mentee can feel safe and helping your mentee to become a confident independent and empowered mentee, by encouraging them to take ownership of their own goals and progress further.
